Yep! I'm back!

If you are a former member or my boot camp or a previous personal training client, I bet you knew I couldn't stay away for long from my passion of helping women get fit and stay fit!

A lot has happened since you were in one of my classes or we last connected! I helped my husband launch a new business, my girls are almost 12 and 18, and I hit the big 4-0. Needless to say, I need fitness now more than ever!

I'm back to share with those who have asked for my help before, some new ways to get fit and stay fit and to also share my own fitness journey (which looks much different than what it did in my 20's and 30's!)

Anyway, I look forward to sharing with you fitness and nutrition tips and keeping you updated on my developing-as-we-speak online fitness club, Simply Fit Club!!

I am excited to create a whole new online community of women who want to live their very best life and realize the need for fitness, not to just look great, but to FEEL great and operate on ALL cylinders. The Simply Fit Club will offer TONS of information and support.
